The Minrosa salt blocks are simple and easy to use, most importantly they enhance the flavour of your cooking. We have discovered a fantastic book called “Salt Block Cooking” by Mark Bitterman - just google it and get yourself a copy.
Minrosa Salt blocks can be heated for cooking or used at room temperature or frozen for cold serving. Also as cheese platters, serving sushi, salads or appetizers. Fantastic for dinner parties. Heat a block up and cook a nice piece of steak/ seafood that sears the meat beautifully and puts all those lovely flavours into your meat that leaves you wanting more every time.
When cooking with Himalayan blocks start with a low flame and slowly heat, and gradually turn the heat up before using. After use its best to let it cool down naturally before washing. No need to use soaps, just water.

For those creative cooks grind your herbs and spices in a Minrosa mortar and pestle to add that hint of healthy salt.
Minrosa Tequila Shot Cups
As a bit of a novelty try these shot cups made out of Himalayan salt. Already salted, just lick the cup. Don’t leave liquids in them after consuming. Wipe out with damp cloth and dry. Store in air tight container.
