The health benefits to the human  body by a daily intake of sole are immeasurable .
To make a sole just use a glass container with lid, add a chunk of Minrosa rock salt  to 500ml of rainwater.Allow 24 hours and  the salt will dissolve to 26% in the water.Salt chunks should always be visible in the sole.
Simply start with a teaspoon of  the sole  into a glass of water/juice in the mornings. Himalayan salt is a natural electrolyte so you can add it to your daily water bottle .

Heat a block up and cook a nice piece of steak/ seafood  that sears the meat beautifully and puts all those lovely flavours into your meat that leaves you wanting more every  time.

When cooking with Himalayan blocks start with a low flame and slowly heat, and gradually turn the heat up before using. After use its best to let it cool down naturally before washing. No need to use soaps, just water.

Black Salt  (Kala Namak)
